1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pilates Studio's website, mobile application, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years old.

If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our Services and participate in classes.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Class Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Policy

Class bookings are subject to availability. When you book a class, you agree to attend at the scheduled time. If a class is full, you may join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class will be considered "late cancellations" and credits or class passes used will not be refunded.

If you fail to attend a booked class without canceling ("no-show"), your credit or class pass will not be refunded, and your account may be flagged.

Class Changes by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a class, you will be notified and your credit or class pass will be refunded.

5. Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Current prices apply at the time of purchase.

Class Packages and Credits

Class packages and credits may have an expiration date as specified at the time of purchase. Unused credits will expire according to the terms of your package. Expired credits are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at purchase (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion on a case-by-case basis for unused credits or subscriptions. Please contact us to request a refund.

6. Health and Safety

Health Disclosure

You must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely in our classes. This information will be kept confidential and shared only with instructors as necessary for your safety.

Medical Clearance

If you have any medical conditions or concerns, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before participating in our classes. Pregnant clients should obtain clearance from their healthcare provider.

Assumption of Risk

Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pilates Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past twelve months.

8. Code of Conduct

When using our Services or attending our classes, you agree to:

• Treat staff, instructors, and other clients with respect
• Arrive on time for scheduled classes
• Follow instructor guidance and studio rules
• Use equipment properly and safely
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate attire
• Not record or photograph classes without permission
• Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone from our premises who violates this code of conduct.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pilates Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
