First Timers & FAQ

New to Pilates? We've got you covered. Here's everything you need to know before your first class.

Preparing for Your First Class

A little preparation goes a long way. Here's what you need to know.

What to Wear

Comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothing works best. Avoid loose or baggy clothes that might get caught in equipment. We practice barefoot or in grip socks.

Arrive Early

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class. This gives you time to meet your instructor, tour the studio, and get set up on your equipment.

What to Bring

Just yourself and a water bottle! We provide all equipment, mats, and props. Grip socks are available for purchase if you don't have your own.

Book in Advance

Classes fill up quickly, especially morning and evening sessions. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance to secure your spot.

First Class Offer

New students can try their first class at a special introductory rate. Contact us or check our schedule for current new student promotions.
